It’s bright and intriguing and it makes me smile BIG. Congratulations on a VERY SUCCESSFUL journal page. But hey – take that with a grain of salt… because I too am new to the concept. I have just recently proudly finished my 4th page – NONE of which have yet to see the outside world… and GUESS WHAT? I did it upside down. Are you laughing? Dear me – I wasn’t – I cried!!! NOW though – I am laughing. I thought it had such hope – and maybe it still does but psychologically… well HELLO – it’s UPSIDE DOWN??!!!! WHEW! Soooooooooo saying all that to say – your journal page looks COMPLETELY successful to this novice here because HEY – it is RIGHT SIDE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YEAH!!! Too adorable. I laughed at your comment on my blog – if you think that one is weird – you should see the other tripping canvases I have – there is one where I literally poured layers of paint all over it and then rolled around in it cos I wanted to feel what it was like to be paint swirling on canvas. You dont even know the half of my weirdness yet!
