I was so excited to receive my first pack of papers from Jones Crafts. Lucky for me that they were pretty, vintage style, double sided Marion Smith Motley collection.
I made a Birthday Card using the gorgeous papers. I started with a kraft card and built up the layers using “Not too shabby” and “Carmie” papers from the Motley collection. The vintage images of dressmaking adverts inspired me to use one of my favourite Tim dies, sewing room and the rosette die for the skirt. I finished it with some lace and ribbon.the sentiment was a Paperartsy stamp. I used DI Vintage Photo for the edges.
